Dragon Pockets

Ah yes, finally something from the embroidery machine for the boys!  What boy (or girl!) wouldn't want their very own dragon pocket hanging on their wall.  This is a great in the hoop project for those quilt leftovers, fat quarters, or layer cakes and very fun to mix 'n match colours - dragons don't have colour rules so get creative!

These pockets stitch in two 6" x 8" hoopings and are assembled during the 2nd hooping so they do not require any additional hand or machine sewing.  For best results a thick firm interfacing such as Peltex 72, Dritz InnerFuse or FlexiFirm should be used (though regular heavy interfacing combined with fusible fleece or batting will work too).

This ITH set contains the files to create three different dragons with mix 'n match pocket fronts in the following formats:  HUS, JEF, PES and VIP.

Design file size (6"x8" hoop): largest width = 5.39"; largest length = 7.82"

Please note these are machine embroidery in the hoop (ITH) designs, not sewing patterns, and they can only be used with an embroidery machine.
