Easter Egg Bowls

A fun little Easter treat bowl activity for the little one's - use white cotton fabric for the egg applique and have them color the Easter egg with crayons or markers before snapping them into their bowl shape to hold some treats.  They are very easy to make - just two pieces of vinyl, one applique piece, one hooping, and five color stops.  Assembly is quick and easy using four plastic Kam snap sets or brads - and done!

For the egg applique you can use chalkboard fabric to write a message - liquid chalk pens work great, or white fabric so the kids can color their own bowls, or pretty cotton fabric.

The set includes three sizes of the Easter egg bowl:  5x7 hoop (file measures 5" x 7" with 6500 stitches), 6x10 hoop (file measures 5.87" x 8.22" with 7400 stitches), and 7x11 hoop (file measures 7" x 9.83" with 8800 stitches).

The vinyl (or felt) for the back of the bowl is added last so it covers up the back of the stitches so the bowls look good from all angles.

Please note these are machine embroidery in the hoop (ITH) designs, not sewing patterns, and they can only be used with an embroidery machine.
